Search: Kate, Penpen
Transcript:

Penpen: That is liquid orichalcum. It has been infused with a single element of magic. The cases keep it in liquid state to easily craft with.

Kate: So, is it like a potion set, or something where I mix them up?

Penpen: That would be, unwise. Some of those elements don't mix. They solidify, you'll need a mold.

Kate: You aren't going to help me with this?

Penpen: Oh I'm sorry, does giving you everything you need not count as helpful? Do you know the value of that stuff?

Kate: You just told me this stuff can be dangerous though! Then you want to just leave me to it? What if it blows up the apartment?

Penpen: Don't do that.

Author's Post:

Penpen provides!
Also, that book he made for Kate might not be a step by step guide on what she needs to do, but it does include enough information on what to avoid doing. Being a smart girl I’m sure she’ll read up before she starts flinging specially infused orichalcum around.
Also! Bonus comic will be up sometime tomorrow if my plans don’t go wonky! So Expect that sometime soonish, keep an eye on Twitter or bookface or sumthin’!

Hey, I was more or less right. I’m liking this idea though and looking forward to seeing how the mechanics would work out.
Could it be similar to Cain tuning magic engines to the elements for his robots?

50 says everyone needs a new place to live before this is over

Bet taken. I’m curious as to what she’ll make with them though… Rings that shoot the element? Weapons with the magic’s charge?

most likely some if not most will be destroyed by phil or the process of trying to turn them into something given that they are going to need to make molds for what they intend to turn them into rings seem a bit difficult if not impossible and then their is the plot twist possibility of them getting stolen too by the government guys or the magic guys very difficult to say just got to see what phil does with the story

ORACHIUM SWORDS! ONE SWORD PER ELEMENT!

but then you can’t hold them all at once or at least two at a time. Gauntlets! or Necklaces!

what about daggers? you can hold them between fingers.
